GaxenLabs provides a free downloadable resource ("AI Architecture Blueprint") via a lead capture form. The Service includes:

Automated delivery of the Blueprint to your email address.
Follow-up educational and marketing email communications (with your consent).

3. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information in the form.
Not use false or misleading email addresses.
Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service infrastructure.

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or publicly share the Blueprint or any part of it.
Modify the Blueprint and claim it as your own work.
Use our brand name, logo, or materials without written consent.

5. Email Communications

By checking the marketing consent checkbox, you agree to receive:

The requested Blueprint delivery email (transactional).
Educational insights, product updates, and promotional emails (marketing).

6. Third-Party Links and Recommendations

Our emails and Blueprint may contain links to third-party websites and tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Instantly.ai). These links are provided for informational purposes only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you sign up or make a purchase through them. This does not affect the price you pay.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

The Blueprint contains general information and strategies. Results may vary depending on your industry, implementation, and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GaxenLabs and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Any business decisions made based on information in the Blueprint.
Unauthorized access to your data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.
